WE ARE MORE THAN JUST A PLACE TO WORKOUT. At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Every day, we work side by side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
The Stanly County Family YMCA has indeed made our community stronger. While we do provide opportunities for kids to swim and play in the gym we also provide meals for those who may not always have a dependable source. We run programs to support families who continue to manage our strange virtual world. We are a place where people can some together and lean on each other when support is needed.
The Y is about improving us...all of us.
